= Suspension 3=

I tried rebuilding my suspension once before... it was a miserable failure.  It was functional, but it looked like crap AND the power steering stuff leaked horribly.  This time, I am assembling the power steering parts (drag link, control valve, slave cylinder, and valve-to-slave hoses) off the car and installing it as a unit.  It actually makes working on it much easier, and kinda looks cool too!  I also installed my idler arm... but there is NO clearance between the rubber boot and my header.  Check it out!!

Conclusion

Everything is great... with the exception of the steering.  It is tight, but too stiff to turn the wheel. I have since learned that I may have tightened the centering spring too much.  That will be my first adjustment to get the situation fixed.
